Whether you are looking to improve your performance in a sport, start weight lifting for the first time, rehabilitate an injury, have a complete transformation or just to look and feel great for that upcoming vacation, Rize will create a specific & tailored program to help you meet your goals.  Our elite group of strength and conditioning coaches have a combined 50+ years of experience in the industry and are constantly obtaining education on the latest evidence-based research and techniques in the field.  To help you reach your goals in the most effective and safe way possible, our coaches will hold you accountable with frequent check ins and measurements of important metrics.

What Makes Us Different from the Rest?


We will work with you to create measurable goals with frequent check-ins and adjustments to ensure we are making progress towards those goals.  Our coaches are incentivized and held accountable by results vs. sales.  That being said, we will provide the tools and the coaching but you as a client will also be held accountable to commit to the program and put in the work!



Only for the use of Rize Fitness clients.  Unlike the commercial gyms, we are set up so that your workout is never compromised by “traffic” and the unruly/untamed gym member (we have all seen it!).  The equipment is state of the art and there is lots of it!


All of the staff works for Rize and we do not have independent external coaches which means that each coach is held to a high standard, is able to bounce ideas of other coaches and has a vested interest in making sure that you meet your goals.  Each coach has a unique personality and style/specialization and we take extra care to ensure coach and client are a great fit.



Whether it’s addressing a nagging injury, difficulty with digestion or general fatigue, our coaches work very closely with our practitioners to come up with the best overall treatment/optimization plan.  Again, we are all about the team approach.



Exactly as it sounds. You have private, one-hour sessions with your coach. You will have your coach’s undivided attention for your session.

$125-150 per session




Training in a group of 2 (doubles), 3 (triples) or 4-6 (small group) people with similar goals; a great and more economical option if you want to train with a couple friends.  Your coach will create a single program to best meet everyone in the group’s goals and you will all be on the same program. The more people in your group, the lower the cost.

Doubles: $200 per session

Triples: $225 per session

Small Group 2x per week: $500 per month flat rate

Small Group 3x per week: $650 per month flat rate

Small Group 4x per week: $800 per month flat rate



(2-4 people per session)

This is a very popular option with great value.  With semi-private coaching, each individual will have their own tailored program and nutrition/supplementation guidance, however, the session hour will be shared with 1-3 other clients. Your coach will evenly split his/her time as each of you in the session work through your individual programs. With this option, you still get the 100% customized, individual program but at a lower cost by sharing your session with other Rize clients!

$80-100 per session.

(6-12 people per session)

Your coach will run a combination of strength training, conditioning, circuits and modified strongman training, all of which are great for shedding fat, getting strong and having fun.  Similar to small group training, everyone in the group will be following the same program.  These classes will run at noon and 5:30 pm.

$50 per session




Receive a full, individualized training program to complete independently at your local gym or at home. Coaching includes virtual check-ins and a new program every 3-6 weeks depending on the training phase.

1 month: $449

3 months: $897




AR is an exercise-based program designed to improve function and/or prevent and recover from injury.  The great thing about AR is that is covered under your benefits.  Book an initial assessment with our on staff Physiotherapist and work with a strength coach or kinesiologist to develop a customized program.

At RIZE we ensure body composition is regularly tested to ensure clients are making progress towards their goals using a variety of techniques, including:


Our trained and highly experienced trainers will get an accurate body fat measurement using skin calipers on 12 sites on the body using the Poliquin Biosignature Method.  The sites will also reveal areas that should be prioritized and possible explanations for the underlying reasons including hormonal imbalance, insulin resistance etc. Includes a food guide with macronutrient breakdown and supplement recommendations. This is a guide and not a meal plan!

1 hour consultation: $300


 InBody Scanner:

The InBody is the most advanced body composition analyzer on the market and is trusted by leading hospitals, universities, and professional sports teams because of its precision.

In 45 seconds, the InBody scanner will see your Percent Body Fat, Basal Metabolic Rate, Segmental Muscle Balance, Body Composition History, and more on a full-page results sheet printout. The InBody is fast, accurate, and non-invasive.

Specific clothing is important for accurate results so ensure you consult your trainer/practitioner before you come in for your scan.

Scan: $75

Scan + Nutrition Plan: $200

Body Composition testing is not just for RIZE training clients. We also welcome anyone who is just interested in coming in specifically to have their body composition tested.
