Vaneska Kromidas is an experienced fitness coach, with almost 14 years in the fitness industry. She specializes General Pop, bodybuilding, strength, hypertrophy, and pre and post natal, She also works closely with her client’s nutrition and lifestyle habits to ensure they get killer results and the tools they need to maintain!
Skiing since the age of 4, and weight training since she was 15, Vaneska has always loved and craved exercise. Fitness has become a core element in her everyday lifestyle, and eventually she went on to become a Figure bodybuilding athlete successfully placing 1st and 2nd.
When she’s not at work, the gym or the ski hill you will find her with her family at the park or beach. Practicing what she preaches, Vaneska brings a functional, and holistic all-encompassing approach to fitness and exercise. She’s made it her mission to help women fall love training and learn to eat properly, so they never have to “Diet” another day.
