Naturopathic Doctor
Lauren graduated with honours from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Throughout her studies, she competed as a varsity and national level athlete in field lacrosse. Through her participation in sport and studies in Kinesiology, Lauren strengthened her interest in the human body and how the choices we make can profoundly impact on our health. With an admiration for the body and its capacity to work, perform, and recover when given the optimal environment to do so, Lauren went on to complete the Naturopathic Medical Program at the Boucher Institute in New Westminster.
In her clinical practice Lauren strives to educate and empower her patients. With a passion for hormonal health, nutrition, and pain management through regenerative injection therapy, Lauren works with her patients to determine individual needs in preparation, competition and recovery at all athletic levels. This approach allows patients to bridge the gap between optimal health and peak performance. Dedicated to the best care for her patients, Lauren continues to advance her learning through professional education and mentorship.
Outside of the clinic you will find Lauren mountain biking and running the trails of the North Shore during the drier months, and hitting the slopes of the Sea to Sky throughout the winter.
