Valued Rize Clients,

In light of growing concerns surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we would like to take a moment to acknowledge this concern and inform you of the extra precautions being taken at Rize.

  • We are using hospital-grade disinfectants and cleaning solutions for all gym equipment and treatment rooms after each use.
  • We have hospital-grade hand sanitizer available for team members and clients.
  • We have increased cleaning frequency and detail for bathrooms & treatment rooms.
  • Our team members have implemented best practices in hand washing and respiratory hygiene & are encouraged not to come into work if they are experiencing symptoms or have recently traveled to high-risk areas.

Currently, our strength and conditioning coaches and our health care professionals will be providing the majority of their services in-person at Rize.  We would like to remind our clients that our resident Naturopathic Doctors, Dr. Aubrey Shannon and Dr. Lauren Crape, also offer remote initial consultations, follow-up consultations & review of lab results by way of phone or video call.

As we have requested from our team members, we also request that all clients not attend sessions and appointments if you are experiencing symptoms, have recently traveled to a high risk area, or if you have come in contact with someone that may have been exposed.  We also ask that our clients use best practices in hand washing and respiratory hygiene while at Rize.

To our Rize clients & friends,

As you may have heard, the provincial government has announced plans for the soft reopening of BC’s economy. We are excited and thrilled to be coming closer to reopening our doors and seeing you soon!

At Rize Fitness, the health and safety of our clients and team is our top priority. As we continue taking extra measures to perform sanitary procedures within the facility, we are always striving to ensure that our space is exceptionally clean and welcoming. With the recommendations of local authorities, we are developing a plan to reopen while keeping our environment safe.

While there will be a ‘new normal’ of how our gym and clinic operate, our commitment to you does not change. We will continue to evolve our services and policies to ensure we are doing everything we can to help you reach your health, fitness and performance goals.

Until then, our Naturopathic Doctors are still offering online consultations and our online supplement store remains open.

We will have further updates in the coming days. Please check our website & social media handles for the latest updates.

We appreciate your support & understanding.

Sincerely,

Reggie Bradshaw

With the ongoing the COVID-19 pandemic, keeping our clients, coaches, staff and their families safe is our top priority. We feel it is our responsibility to take action by socially distancing ourselves to help slow the spread of infection.

Effective immediately, we’ll be closing our studio until April 1st (or as soon as we feel it’s safe to reopen our doors). All upcoming appointments will be cancelled. Our naturopathic doctors will still continue to offer remote consultations via phone or video call.

We will do our best to keep you updated as this situation evolves. You will be the first to know when we’re back up and running.⠀

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our collective health is our main concern. Please take extra precautions, wash your hands, and practice social distancing.
