The Rock Hard Muscle program is a density training system designed to increase muscle hardness and improve strength. Some people find that during and after a workout, they achieve a “pump”, but hours later the muscles lose their full and hard appearance. This is due to a lack of muscle density. The appearance of a hard and toned physique, while at rest, can be achieved by maximizing muscle fibre engagement and managing muscle fatigue during your workouts.
